  • Camping is free of charge; 20.06 – 27.08. single entry ticket for a motorised vehicle is 5.00 €. Payment in cash only.
  • Firewood on sale seasonally at the information point near the campsite entry.
  • Before going on a nature walk please read the Environmental code of conduct (freedom to roam), rules of conduct and waste-sorting policy
RestrictionsMotorised vehicle traffic is prohibited outside roads and paths within 200 m shore protection zone of Lake Peipus. Campfires can be made only in designated sites. Please refer to the traffic instructions and regulations upon driving in.

Driving directionsDrive 48 km along Jõhvi–Tartu road and turn left after the bridge over the Kauksi stream (at the sign to the Kauksi campsite), then drive 800 m along the rubble road.
