Rääkjärve campfire site

The campfire site is on two banks of Lake Rääkjärv. One of the banks is steep. There a view opens on the lake and the campfire site on the opposite bank. Surface area 4.9 ha and maximum depth 7 m.

RestrictionsThe campfire site is situated in Kurtna Landscape Reserve.
According to the nature conservation rules, motorised vehicle traffic is prohibited outside roads and paths. Campfires can be made only in designated sites.

Driving directionsOn the roundabout at the 8th kilometre on Jõhvi-Vasknarva Road, after "Pannijärve risti" bus stop, take the third exit left towards Alutaguse Recreation and Sports Centre. Drive 3.1 km and where the road turns abruptly to the right towards Alutaguse Recreation and Sports Centre, drive straight ahead to a gravel forest road. Go 1.2 km along the road up to a junction where a sign directs to the left, uphill. Follow the sign and after 130 m you will arrive at Rääkjärve campsite.
